It took several attempts to contact the phone number to get another ballot. When I did reach one person they laughed over the phone which was suspicious. After I submitted my second ballot they mailed me again and asked if I could provide a signature for them to have on file (with a smiley face attached) I did not do so. Always found it suspicious.
