They wasted it with the pointless drew/punk shit and it got ZERO extra heat to the feud, they basically screwed over jey, carmello, and gable.
I guess HHH just doesn't like having a monkey wrench in his long term booking when he has his mind set to to something and wants his champs to have long reigns
