Vince hardly talks, let alone provide the viewer into any real insights or new information. The documentary was more of a WWE-sanctioned Dark Side series.
It's good for people who don't care enough about wrestling to have ever watched another documentary. If you've see Beyond The Mat, Wrestling with Shadows, Andre The Giant, and a few episode of Dark Side, you've got 10x the information this will provide you. Still a decent watch if you're showing someone "crazy wrestling stories".
