I did a shit ton of drugs and drank a lot in my 20s and look better than my normie friends who lived quiet homebody lives. I think it's just pure luck when it comes to aging, though there are things you can do to mitigate it somewhat of course.
Oh and also they don't lift.
Anyone reading this coming up to 30 or already in their 30s, start lifting weights and doing cardio 2-3 times a week if you haven't already. You will thank me.

I think the main thing is staying lean. Adding muscle is a bonus - an important one even though you can get away with not bothering. Plenty of people look good in clothes just by being lean and not building muscle.
So many people look like complete shit in their late-20s/early 30s because they get chubby or bloated.
