Why is WCW the only company in history that beat WWE in the ratings for two years straight? How come no other company has been able to replicate this success?

TNA and AEW relied too heavily on ex-WWE guys. It made them look low rent. Then the one big name they had was Jericho and he just didn’t work. They’ve signed a lot of people who don’t care to be on the injury list because their spot means nothing to them and they’re getting paid.
