Pretty fucking much. With wrestling I stopped during the PG era, with Pokemon the Reality era was the last straw for me. Everything I've seen of the post-Alola looks abominable. The Gen 3 remakes featuring mega evolution was the final mini-peak before the utter collapse into 1.x Nielsen rating territory.

Nobody cares about Gen 3 or even Gen 2 really. Every Gen after Gen 1 is increasing levels of Jannetties until you get to the one that has ice cream cones and shit and everyone stopped caring because Pokemon entered it's perma-New Generation phase.
