Mister Smiley, or Norman was always a good reprieve in the show for everyone to chill out and converse more. He is one of the best comedy jobbers ever, maybe the best. Incredible fixture to the wcw brand. I always loved the energy in the room when Smiley came on. This was often time for dancing and loading up on salsa and chips!!!
