I'm in 1982 on 80s Mania Wrestling. Darth Vader has been a dominant world champion running through the roster and having blood feuds with Obi Wan Kinobi and Han Solo. Darth Vader went over Obi Wan and Ric Flair in a triple threat, and beat Han Solo inside Hell In A Cell.
Hulk Hogan won the Royal Rumble and was guaranteed a match with the champion at WrestleMania. Before the big night, Hogan teamed with Mr T to take on Darth Vader and a Stormtrooper. With WrestleMania being on the moon this year, it seemed Darth Vader would have a big home field advantage. But it wasn't enough. Hogan dropped the big leg on Darth and became the world champion and celebrated in the ring to send the crowd home happy

The segments for each show are already setup (matches, interviews, etc) you have to put who you want in the spot. There are other games that give you more freedom, but this one's really fun. You have to unlock everything. I've been playing for 4 years, so I've got the full roster. It's really fun

This is what I play. Started an ECW '96 save recently, I'm one year in and finally stabilized my company rep to where my maximum roster size is no longer being restricted so now I'm making acquisitions. I just signed Sid from the WWF and I'm thinking he takes the world title off Jericho within a couple PPVs. A little hotshotty but it's Sid. Might keep him as Sycho even though making him Vicious is more realistic.

Main event scene is the usual ECW suspects. Top faction is the heel Franchise Triad of Shane Douglas, Bam Bam, & Kanyon (an amalgamation of Triple Threat & Jersey Triad) who won the tag titles off the Dudleys & defend them under Freebird Rules. Mostly just keeping Bam Bam busy until it's time for him to become world champ (probably after Sid.) Taz is a dominant undefeated heel TV champ, his most recent title defense was a blowoff for his feuds vs Sabu & RVD in a 3 Way Dance which to date is my only 6 star match. I've just teamed up RVD & Sabu following this match (managed by Alfonso) and they'll probably be tag champs soon, though the division is loaded with the Gangstas, Eliminators, & Raven's Flock (including The Pitbulls) all kept strong. I signed the Road Warriors a couple months ago but it turned out Hawk is a part-timer so they won't be getting a title run for awhile, though I'm booking Animal strong in singles.

I'm currently running a indie fed that has males and females. however the female matches are bra and panty including the loser being dog walked around the arena after losing as part of the loss humiliation. the guys mostly do hardcore and ladder matches and those rate decently enough. the dog walk females bring in the highest ratings for their matches and segments after matches.

Well I'm not using one listed, so I'll just give a "short" answer/single post then be on my way. I'm using FPWR on the ps2 emulator with all original creations that I might put on YouTube. But I found a motherload of saves from the old fire pro board saves from territory saves all the way up to 2016 roster saves, including MMA, so I'm fantasy booking old territory stuff.

Running a simulation world in Pro Wrestling Sim. I levelled the playing field and stuck it on Amenisa mode. I then gave every company a decent TV deal for six months. I then gave each company a core roster of 12 wrestlers with written contracts. They could then book whoever they wanted after that. I then sat back and watched. To my amusement, I gave one of the promotions to Cornette and gave him people like CM Punk, FTR, Roderick Strong, and Cody Rhodes. I also created a new company with Vince McMahon, Vince Russo, and guys like Brock Lesnar, Mandy Rose, Eric Boogs, Elias, M&M, etc. Within a year, Cornette was out of business, and Vince's became one of the five largest wrestling companies. Oddly enough, Haitch ran WWE, and Shawn ran NXT (now its own company). WWE is struggling (not even in the top 10), whereas NXT is the sixth-largest wrestling company. Make of that what you will.

I remember one day at the college here, I was talking to a friend and he was describing the RPG Maker program to me, I had never heard about it before, and he blew my mind telling me how he was scripting and programming an RPG.
I was a D&D player with a weekly group but I never really considered it until then but at that moment I was struck with a eureka! moment, literally a "huh, I can do all this stuff myself" realization.
I went to the library, sat down, thought up and wrote out the ruleset for a pro wrestling themed pen and paper RPG. I basically used the Rules Cyclopedia book in my backpack as a guide and made up a functional system. I wish I kept it and sometimes I consider making a new one, it would be quite simple.

In reality the game can't really account for how bad schizo booking can get because it doesn't understand continuity or anything like that. In that sense, I understand why Vince would do well, dude probably still stacks his shows with all the popular good looking guys, and even if the show doesn't make sense it doesn't matter because the game doesn't understand it.

I want to play more TEW. I had fun with the demo. Booked Japan as the Sheikh. Booked a couple of heel young lions as my lackeys to take the Ls for me as the GURKAH PATROL. Chess Maniac was my megaheel champion. Unironically, Triple-H. I'm running a scenario as the eWWF, post-screwjob. However, in this timeline, many key wrestlers walked out with Bret Hart. Furthermore, Bret Hart didn't end up going to WCW but instead went to a new company, taking the likes of Austin, Rock, Mick Foley, Rick Rude, Dustin Rhodes, Vader, Ken Shamrock, British Bulldog, and Jim Neidhart. This leaves the WWF in a fragile but not unwinnable position. I still have Shawn Michaels, Undertaker, Kane, Vince McMahon, Owen Hart, Triple-H, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Chyna, Marc Mero, Ahmed Johnson, The Road Warriors, Sable, etc. I've been trying to run this angle where Shawn and Owen turned on Hunter (the storyline is that the screwjob was Owen's idea because he wanted to get rid of Bret Hart and stop living in his shadow). Fans are not biting. I've paired Hunter up with my most over Baby Faces (Undertaker, Kane, Road Warriors, and New Aged Outlaws), but it just isn't sticking. Fortunately, D'lo Brown and Mark Henry appear to be my breakout stars. But I'm getting fucking slaughtered in the ratings. As you'd imagine, Hart's company is stomping me into the dirt (Foley vs Rock, Hart vs Austin, Hart Foundation vs Shamrock and Rhodes). The fucking AI also outbid me for Jericho and Van Dam (both in Hart's company) and most of my other prospects have either resigned or been sniped. Looking at WCW's, ECW, SPW (Hart's company) rosters... I'm not too fond of my odds. Pray for me, bros.

Now, in overall ratings? Bret Hart is number 1, followed by Steve Austin, and the Rock is number 5. The only silver lining is that Michaels is number 3, and Savage is number 4. 6 onwards is just NWA/WCW/ECW guys, and my dudes don't return until after the top twenty... Thankfully, a few contracts are nearly up - Sid, Kanyon, Raven, Hall, Nash (don't laugh, times are desperate!)

The only things keeping me in this game are merch and my TV deals. The game is contented to North America (but includes Canada and Mexico and their TV stations. I'm the third largest, though I'm in danger of being overtaken by ECW. I'm against SPW and WCW for the Monday Night Wars, who both utterly curb-stomp me. If I can draw 3 millions viewers, that is a damn good week, though I'm usually hanging around the 2 million mark. SPW is bringing in 3-5 million, and WCW about 2-3 million. I leave the game open 24/7 and a save and tab over randomly to pass time and to book shows and segments. means it might take me legit 1 week to get thru a year of booking 2 shows a month but I still get further along. Custom company that managed to crawl its way to cult size and is holding 9th out of 60 feds. we dont have crap for stars except I managed to score Brock Lesner, John Cena, and Kurt Angle, and surprise star Ace Steel.. Keep in mind its only 2003 and the wrestler data is for a 97 database. Tho things are a little wonky in this timeline. Wcw is first at global, GLOW (georgous ladies of wrestling) is 2nd also at global (how, I have no idea), wwf/e is 3rd at global, Mid-South Wrestling is national at 4th and 5th is held by Georgia championship wrestling at cult. The top 5 companies all have multi-tv shows on networks and bring in tons of money monthly.
The top 5 most popular are
Undertaker
Scott Steiner
Ultimate Warrior
Shawn Michaels
Hulk Hogan.

Also since its a slower pace I tend to look around the game world more and there's some seriously fierce rivalries with some small companies including both running shows the same night and other stuff. Also of note is Bret Hart died in a car accident and Owen Hart lived on and went on to hold many wwf championships and carry the company during 97-2001.

Thanks, but sadly, it's all come to an end. I managed to get to get to WM00, but money issues have crippled me. Moreover, at the start of 00 before the Royal Rumble, Shawn overdosed and died. I'd managed to secure Hall, Benoit, The Hardys, Val Venis, "Dr Death" Steve Williams, Bradshaw, and guys like D'lo Brown and Mark Henry had indeed broken into the main event scene. But I'm no longer in the top five, and with Shawn dead and gone, there is no coming back. Kane left and is currently the ECW world champion. Owen Hart left and is SPW with his Bret Hart. Triple-H got paralysed because of a botch, and the Undertaker was injured. I hate to say it, but Shawn, as my top heel feuding with D'low Brown, was my biggest attraction - so, of course, he had up and die on me, the selfish cunt. As for the shape of the rest of the world, Cucknette's promotion folded (shocker, I know). WCW went from the second largest to fourth, overtaken by the NWA (third) and ECW (second). Oh, and do you know who number 5 is? APW, All Pro Wrestling. SPW is firmly number one, though Austin took an injury and is now head-booker. Their losing Austin hurt them, but at that point, they had so much star power and talent that it wasn't as fatal as it could have been.

I'm number six, at least, but not being in the top 5 by year's end is a loss condition for me. I'll see if I can hold on, but I can see the writing on the wall, and it says, "Should have picked Bret, lol".

other oddities are the large amount of females in the top 40 most popular (almost all from Glow). Some of the most over stars are barely in the top 15 and austin comes in at 39 even tho he's a main eventer. If I got into less known stars and lesser feds i'd hit text limit 3-4 posts in a row.

Welp, it's been about a week or so and the landscape is shaping up in exciting ways. As far as overall rosters go, I think ROH, Lucha Underground, and Ice Ribbon have the best rosters so far, but it's still early days. The ones which I'm really scratching my head over are WWE and NXT.

Right, so I've started a new Lucha Underground file for myself - inspired by what was happening worldwide. The roster is small, but I'm happy with how it's turning out. Signed the Lucha Bros, Krule, Dijak, Drago, and a few others. Salina is my the (kayfabe) owner of the promotion. Will report soon.

I've been playing Chron1992 save with AJPW. I'm currently in 1993. My big signings have been Steve Austin from WCW, and Curt Hennig and Kerry Von Erich from the WWF. I've teamed Curt with La Aces Del Terror, a group of wrestlers who I believe represent the future of AJPW(Members Pic related), a long with another group that I think is the future which is American football with Heavy Metal,Dick Togo, and Charger. I've put Steve and Kerry in a stable with Stan Hansen called the Texas Longhorns so that Steve can gain popularity faster and work higher card matches. Kerry has already been a major success, winning Tag Team of the Year with Stan Hansen. My main goal is to become the most popular promotion in the currently dead or dying British scene. I purchased All Star Wrestling, which increased my popularity by 50+ points, and my shows have made wrestling go from declining to rising in England. To continue my success there, I hired Ian McGregor and have him teaming with Johnny Smith as the English Beat.

WWE 2k22 on Xbox - current main event scene on RAW is AJ, Joe, Roman, Drew, Lashley, and Rusev all trying for the WWE title.
Currently set for in-universe SummerSlam is Roman vs. AJ where Roman will lose the championship if disqualified.
On the midcard is Ryder vs. Rawley in a blood feud for the IC belt that's just now beginning

I've decided SmackDown would be the show where the "icons" go IE - where Rock, Austin, HHH, and Kane are the main event guys

In AEW Fight Forever I made CAWs of Moose (TNA), Bron (as Rex Steiner), Steen, and Trick Williams (Under just the name Trick)
Steen has the world title and is feuding with Eli Drake (another CAW) leading up to Full Gear (I haven't decided if I want Eli to get the belt just yet or have Steen lose via DQ)
Moxley has the TNT title and is set to fight Adam Page for the belt in a last man standing match as the blowoff to an ongoing program - plan is to have Page win, give him the TNT belt until I can find more long-term plans
MJF vs. Steiner is set, weeks of build up after MJF cost Rex a world title shot, and Rex stole Max's car
Wardlow I plan to have basically be the Austin-type antihero, going around and beating people up and he's gonna get his chance at the championship
Chris Jericho & Guevara are tag champs running strong but they're gonna come up against the Briscoes who won a title shot in a round robin tournament (I literally tallied up points with a pen and paper)
Darby Allin is back from injury and looking for the bastard who put him on the shelf - Christian Cage for revenge
And I've got Powerhouse Hobbs getting a big push with wins left and right

So, along with running the seed world to see how it plays out and starting a Lucha Underground playthrough, I've also been running an AEW vs. ROH brand split game. And it is a proper brand split. Since Warner has money in both companies, they can never directly compete, but there is enough room to foster actual competition.
