All of that can be great fuel to get some real emotion into the feud. It can even start as face vs face but have Orton snap later on. Maybe he agrees with KO, maybe he can't handle being surpassed by his pupil, maybe he the desire for the title consumes him and he has to go full heel to claim it one last time.
