I used to be a subscriber over 10 years ago. I think I was only subscribed for like 3 months. Well oddly enough I have been getting emails from F4W lately for the first time ever.
They have started utilizing their former-subscriber mailing list to get people to sign back up. I finally unsubscribed from the mailing list but this is the first time in 10 years I've ever received emails from them so that tells me they are either desperate to get people to sign back up OR they might've hired some marketer/sells person who thinks this is a good tactic to use to funnel back in subscribers by targeting the people who unsubscribed in the first place.
They could have at least offered me a discount, something like $5 a month for 3 months then $14.99 after, cancel anytime.
Not that I have anything against F4W they were my #1 source for valid news back in the day but from what I believe they have lost credibility / gotten shit wrong and at the very least there's people on Twitter offering the same information for free, no?
