Scott Hall honorable mention for being the coolest motherfucker on earth who, even when plastered on episodes of Nitro just making faces in the background, was consistently over and entertaining. IMO he's the original "if you could build a wrestler from the ground up you'd build Randy Orton" guy. Incredible look and size, oozes charisma, really good worker, and has an aura you can't teach. He also had the super underrated ability to be the guy eating pins in most of the nWo stuff while never getting less over.
