Probably before your time. He was more of a 70s/80s guy from what I understand. I only found out about him because of Young Rock, where the Rock's dad is portrayed as being jealous of him when they were tag team partners. I suspect he gets a lot of attention in documentaries because he's been around so long, isn't brain dead, and has (mostly) avoided controversies.
