It just ends up being way more common with Jews since they didn't really breed outside their religion so those features become way more pronounced over time. Those typical Jew surnames are just Germanic names too, which they adopted to blend in. That thing is a bit silly, if someone has a German name now, people just assume they're Jewish lol
