They're bringing them in for the same reason they brought back the Dudley Boyz in 2015. They're there to help train younger talent and make them look good, then retire after a few years to be producers or trainers at NXT. One of them (I forget if it's Shelley or Sabin) is already a certified personal trainer and physical therapist. It seems like a pretty obvious career path for him.
