Dave is an actual role model. He worked his ass off to get in shape because he was bullied when he was younger. Then in OVW Cornette tried to bulldog him into being a generic silent big man with a goth gimmick. But Dave knew he could do more than that both in the ring and on the mic. And he proved it.
He then got into a position to get into HHH's ear and join Evolution. And from there he proved he could keep up with everyone including workhorses like Eddie.
He never ever doubted himself and unlike some people who treated wrestling like theater like art.
And that's why the bluetista chant broke his heart. Here he was, returned to do something that should have been cinematic and epic to see two iconic teams come face to face in Evolution vs the Shield but the cringe as fuck audience (specifically the Daniel Bryan Indie Internet audience) which had been hijacking shows during that cringe as fuck time in WWE and of course instead of playing their part appropriate cheering/booing they hijacked it with their pettiness by chanting about the color of Batista's tights.
(God I hate that era of WWE fan, it coukd have been a kino era with the Wyatts, the Shield, Cena, and some nostalgia acts like The New Age Outlaws, Evolution, and Jericho's last runs. That cringey Daniel Bryan internet audience killed the last run of the NAO and Evolution. Daniel Bryan and his fanbase ruined an entire era)
And Dave ended his career with class and dignity and has thrived in Hollywood.
While Undertaker is a bitter old alcoholic.
