From his generation, Tanahashi can't walk in a straight line and you can tell when Naito is putting effort in a match by how taped up he is, but Shinsuke is the wrong one for leaving Japan to take it easy for the rest of his career

If he wrestled more matches than them, how come his body is way better than Naito's, who's 2 years younger than him, and his knees aren't busted? Doing house shows where you're barely putting in effort and holding back as much as you can is in no way comparable to doing even one G1 Climax, much less wrestling 8 years on a full NJPW schedule
You can probably count on your fingers the number of matches Nakamura did on the US in which he put as much effort as an average G1 match

Why would Tony want Nakamura when he has two men's Jap wrestlers in their 30s who perform at a higher level and who hold 2 of the company's singles titles?

Fuck, you go and get Yuma Anzai or Kento Miyahara before Shinsuke at this point. Nakamura effectively retired around 2019.
