The fact that JD loved AEW at first is proof that he isn't biased. If the product is shit, he calls what he sees. I used to watch AEW around the same time as JD was a shill and I stopped watching wrestling around the same time JD got disillusioned.
But yeah watching the early streams is proof without a reason of doubt that JD isn't a "blind hater". Compare with Cornette who've hated AEW since day 1 and doesn't care whether Dynamite has a good episode or bad. He is an example of a blind hater. Both JD and Cornette are based though so I just want to illustrate that there's some nuance to the reason why someone would hate AEW
