It's retarded that MLB doesn't allow local broadcasts in the postseason. If you're a Mets fan you watch your team all summer and listen to the goated commentary team then they miraculously make the playoffs and the most important games of the year it's like being forced to watch with strangers.
Thankfully Smoltz is actually a p good commentator but still it's such a shame to not be able to listen to your home commentary. All season long 162 games have a local broadcast for each team with the rare exception of an espn or fox game, why can't there be local broadcasts in the playoffs? Reward your fans don't punish them
