Honestly, Tony is doing them a favor if Luchabros plan to go to WWE that they would land there in steps instead being another set of Lucha guys to an audience that for majority doesn't really know or get who they are. Putting Penta out there on his own plays his strong points better and he stands out from the rest of the masked dudes better than Phoenix

WWE already got Berto, Garza, Wilde and del Toro who are good talent but if the current show runners are having trouble fitting them in as performers and characters adding another mexican tag to it doesn't really solve the problem or get anyone over and selling merch.

Tony has done nothing wrong adding on injury time to fenixs contract. He’s will within his right to do so period . Smarks created this narrative that’s it’s “evil”. Talent are paid while hurt and taken care meanwhile the corporations make nothing outside of merch on them.

The dumb thing Tony does is not use them and just ice them at home. He should use them to put over other talent otherwise release them. You’re paying them to do nothing and heal for their wwe run.

The fact that Drew resigned is enough evidence that he never intended to leave. There's a huge difference in adding injury time to someone that wants to stay so there's more time to sort out the new contract and adding injury time to someone that actively wants out.
