You can't fire them because they're unforunately going to immediately cause drama, so the only thing you can do now is just get them away from the product as much as possible without doing so.

Either you have a commitee of writers to provide overall structure to the show with the philopshy of "it's live we can adjust as we go" or you have no writers and everyone HAS to be on board with each other and know the business well. WWE doesn't have wrestlers that can do this, so AEW most certainly don't.
TK isn't the worst booker in the industry, he just has little vision other than the destination. Unfortunately, when you produce a weekly show the journey is the important shit.
