The "Hollywood star" is a dying trend. With streaming and more options for entertainment, no one is going to see a movie just cause Rock is in it. Hell the same thing is happening with directors outside of a few names like Tarantino. The movie industry hasn't learned that lesson yet so they keep trying to use the tactic of blowing enough money on a movie to ensure it doesn't flop, but that's not working anymore. Blockbusters are dying and the stuff actually making money is Blumhouse crap or indie stuff like Terrifyer because the budgets are reasonable
