They aren't very well structured imo. Not like horrible but very spammy and take too long.
If I'd recommend one I'd say look up something like Kenny vs Christian on AEW, I think that's a pretty good match with less focus on doing all the moves in the world that he does with the japan scene friends. The limitations of Christian as a former WWE talent and more old and fragile than his usual flippy opponents really make for a better tone.
