I've unfortunately come to accept this over the past year. Mania and what they did to that stadium was the big tip off but it's only gotten more true. I had a feeling once Vince sold it off it'd become just another property like that. Like what Disney has with Star Wars and the Muppets and these huge franchises that despite how passionate their fans are, they're now just a brand to make money off of. Which of course. It's all business and always has been. But before it was sold off it still felt like the product came first

The thing is those breaks weren't ads, they are video packages and interviews and other shit that Paul puts between matches, its technically wrestling related but its still part of the show so you can't skip it unless you don't mind skipping the show at which point might as well not watch it at all and save time.
