My guess is it'll be shored up once someone takes it to court, and it'll be decided by the Supreme Court. As it stands, there's nothing to say he's ineligible, until a Supreme Court decides on what it means to be a natural born citizen, it stands. Same thing with the so called anchor babies, babies born on US soil to immigrant or illegal parents. Both of these cases yield US Citizens, and in so far as the SC rules otherwise, natural born citizens.
