Most people in the know recognize Baba was the premier worker of the two and also the biggest draw which is why he was main eventing as a singles guy in JWA and Inoki wasn't. Inoki had to make his own company to become a main event singles wrestler whereas Baba was main eventing all over the world due to his status as a giant. He could work a top heel main event all over the world.
B-I Cannon was a great tag team though, superstar stuff for sure. And JWA should've pushed Inoki, which Baba tried to get them to do btw
