Ex-WWE Star Ryback Blasts Fans Complaining About Taped RAW Show

Former WWE Superstar Ryback is one of the most controversial names in pro wrestling right now, especially after his anti-WWE remarks over the years. Even then, he ended up speaking positively about WWE’s current regime after the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW was taped in advance this week.

After WWE taped matches for the November 18th episode of RAW following the November 11th show in Grand Rapids, MI, some fans expressed frustration online about the taped format, with one fan calling for an end to taped episodes, as they said, “END THESE TAPED SHOWS ALREADY.”

Ryback took to Twitter and defended WWE taping shows in advance, explaining that WWE Superstars rarely get time off for holidays or family and endure a relentless schedule of travel and preparations. He pointed out that taped shows give the wrestlers a chance to rest and recharge. Ryback encouraged fans to appreciate the dedication of the performers, avoid spoiling episodes, and respect the efforts these athletes put in year-round rather than focusing on complaints.

>“Understand this – for years, talents barely had time off. Holidays, family time, true rest? Rare luxuries. They have to rush home, do laundry, repack, dry clean suits, and head back on the road. Wrestlers are human beings with lives, families, and nonstop schedules. If taped shows give them a breather, that’s a good thing. So instead of spoiling it for yourself online, just enjoy the show. They work harder than any other form of sports or entertainment, year-round. Do everyone a favor – quit the whining over nothing and show some respect to the men and women who give you some sort of meaning to your pathetic life.”

Ryback’s remarks might come as a surprise to many fans and pro wrestlers alike as they are certainly not used to seeing Ryback say anything positive about WWE at all. Regardless, many people also agreed with what Ryback had to say and that’s all that matters in the end.
