Just look at IYO, she's been on TV for all but one month this year constantly having matches and she's done nothing outside mania. she entered 3 different solo tournaments to try to get a title shot and did a run with Kairi. If they can't write feuds, especially for the international girls (and no fucking way Roxxy can beat Rhea or Nia) they need a belt so there is something they can do.
that said, I think the belt will go to Naiomi. I would not be shocked if bagley or jade get it, but it is a lower belt. also the joggers consider bianca v jade a mania match even though jade fucking sucks and they are not wasting bianca v jade on a midcard title.
