Hogwheels, aka Rovert, is an Irish cripple and was definitely a crossposter at some point and would post /aspw/ memes and talking points on X. But more over, he's a guy who's been active in various wrestling communities for years, and even has a restraining order filed against him by Becky Lynch.
The origin of both of these memes were born of their X activity and was just an easy way of calling out fags who would post shit that would be indistinguishable from something those two would spout online.
