So what's the true story here? Her death was reported to be a car accident but I've heard rumors of suicide. Does anyone know how she really died?

The car crash story was made up by a twitter tranny, there was zero mention of a car accident anywhere in the announcement or by anyone else. The actual most likely cause was that she got hit by a train, as there were reports of someone being killed by one in the early hours of the day she was confirmed to have died on, in the same area that she was working a few hours earlier

She could have just fallen onto the tracks since she was almost certainly shitfaced at the time, but we'll never know for sure. I'd lean towards suicide given her history

It was almost 100% suicide. She could have been drunk which influenced her decision but I don't doubt she threw herself in front of a train. IIRC there was another tweet from I think Kaho Matsushita or someone who was really close to her IRL that had big "Regal on the Benoit tribute episode" vibes.
