NJPW never keep gaijin long and the Japanese talents that left either wanted more money like Okada or just wanted to actually be used like Shibata or unofficially Ishii lately. If Naito ever bailed on NJPW to join AEW then I really would be concerned.

Naito really shat the bed at Forbidden Door (though Mox shares some blame) so I don't think Tony is interested. The guy I'd be concerned about leaving is Shingo, as he likes AEW.
