To the best of my knowledge, no one ever interrupted Hogan when he was Hulking up. It has a 100% success rate. Brock didn't interrupt him in 2002. Arn Anderson runs out of the ring as soon as Hogan points at him, but doesn't stop the momentum from swinging in Hogan's favor. Even late, late in his WWE return people like Khali sold the full Hulk up
