He's also very self aware about and acknowledging of his own flaws and shortcomings in his career. He didn't have the physique, the work rate, the right backstage attitude or approach to office politics, made dumb decisions the few times he had a chance of a push, and wasn't a standout athlete. He's not acting like he should have been a main eventer.
