Damage CTRL jumped becko in the middle of the ring when becko was champ and let Liv run off, literally straight up ignored Liv for months and the only time they IYO fought Liv was because IYO and Kairi were doing an interview and Liv interrupted it and then insulted them for making angry japanese noises and even then IYO gave so little of a shit that after she and Kairi made their points beating the shit out of Liv and Raquel they chose to attack 2 random nogs in the stands and get DQ'd rather than pin Liv.
Kayfabe its supposed to be
a. IYO respects Bianca for letting IYO fight her over an injured Kairi and giving a good match
b. IYO and Asuka's main motivation is protect Kairi and Nia hurt Kairi. IYO only came out after Nia showed up.
I will say, it is not a very good story overall and just comes across as
