I think he's underrated as a worker, he was more agile than you might think and his psychology was top shelf. Charisma-wise he's also up there and his one liners were gold, funnier than The Rock's cornball lines imo. He's also managed to stay relevant without becoming a bitter old timer like Al Snow for instance.
