The "cool" kids at my middle school were straight-up cruel and definitely would've benefitted from getting their shit rocked once or twice by a stable of nerdy-but-scrappy cafeteria brawlers.
I think it was mostly the fear of getting suspended and having it written on our "permanent record". This was one of those schools that punished the aggressor and the victim equally, after all. This was also before I got back into wrestling, so I had no idea about who Bryan Danielson was, much less about how to apply a Yes Lock.
