It's possible to acknowledge that Punk fucked some people over. He killed Ryback's push too. I don't expect Ryback to let it go either. In fact Hangman is the only one where I think Punk was justified. Doesn't mean he hasn't changed. Just because the people he's hurt don't buy it.
I don't actually care if he's changed as long as he plays nice and is on my TV entertaining me.
But Jungle Boy, Ryback, and Roman (Seth too if Seth is real and not kayfabe) have every right to not like nor trust him.
As a fan, he's still an enjoyable watch.
Hogan killed a lot of pushes too, as did Cena, Austin, Rock, and Orton. Still fun to see them. The IWC pearl clutching is reserved exclusively for Punk though. Seems hypocritical.
