And all before you even get into the women's division, the tag division, or the secondary promotion; which also has its own men's division, women's division, and two different tag titles.
The only possible reason Tony could have this many titles is in a pathetic attempt to make talent like him more. But this isn't worth the price of the fans not caring about most of the belts.
