I see this shit all the time. Nascar's on TV? "I've never understood what's so fun about watching guys driving in a circle." Jordan Peterson lecture? "Uh, doesn't he just teach incels to hate women?"
It's okay to just be ignorant of a subject and not form an extremely negative opinion about something you know nothing about.
