It would be a hilarious fight but Punk would win. Seth isn't too much younger, both are broken down quite a bit but Punk does have actual training and has been in fights before. Seth is stronger and bigger so that could help him out a bit but not enough.

Go to any kickboxing / Muay Thai gym for just one day. After 2 hours you will come out knowing how to be in stance and which hand to use for a jab. Punk has once again proven yesterday that he doesn't even know that much.

This is true, all the "Punk is a trained fighter, muay thai kix" marks can't reckon with the fact that Punk is way too in his own head to win a real fight, that's why he's lost every one he's been in. The jungle boy non-fight footage ("I just choked somebody a little") & his jobber UFC outings tell the story, he's too nervous and just flails around not at all sure of what do in the moment. That's what Brawl Out probably was btw, Punk flailing around with the Jackson boys barely connecting on any slaps and wild grabs for the hair and face, then Kenny gasping and grabbing the dog and Ace Steel lurching at him with teeth bared. That's why they didn't try to do anything with it on TV, the reality was way too stupid and embarrassing for them to relive or make it any more of a story than it already was.

I read pretty much all the stories and accounts of Brawl Out. It was more like Punk punched one of the Bucks and then backed down after seeing Megha coming into the room. They were getting into an argument, Ace's wife was caught in the middle so he sperged out by throwing a chair. Kenny got Punk's dog out of the way and then turned to stop Ace, getting his hair pulled and arm bitten. That was it.

Martial artists have different stances, there is no "correct" stance. This is like saying Michael Venom Page or Stephen Thompson can't fight because they use a weird sideways karate style stance.
