>>16403886When Punk cut that comeback promo on Collision saying that the fans who were whining about him were soft, Nemeth tweeted "literally the softest man alive" which the AEW fanbase obviously understood to be about Punk, much to the amusement of those in camp Elite. A few days later Punk happened to be booked on Dynamite (the Bucks had a day off) where he confronted Nemeth about the tweet. Allegedly Nemeth said he was just trying to get heat, brother, and Punk said that there was enough tension and everyone should move on. Allegedly they then shook hands and went their ways.
At a later point someone told him to go to a Collision show, presumably because he'd been booked (but they tend to fly in more wrestlers than actually appear on the show) but Punk apparently didn't want him there despite the handshake because he still believed him to he a Bucks boy and Nemeth was thus told to stay home.
Nemeth also had a standup comedy act where he said something about Phil but I don't recall what he said nor when that was.
