- Collision turns into a wrestling school show in the style of NXT, booked by some respected prowrestling veteran with twice a month some other random prowrestling veteran as guest stars giving advices to the guys. Draft there all the young guys who still need to learn, like Hook.
- Rampage turns into a hardcore show in the style of 1990s ECW mixed with WCW, a crazy show where anything can happen, for manly men, with rudeness, slurs, beer and burps, no fucking political correctness at all, with Sabu as a booker. Bring back Jimmy Havoc, draft Moxley and Darby there, sign Sammy Callihan.
- Dynamite stays the same, the AEW style, but with Tony now listening to advices from Jericho, Edge, JR... Tony needs someone to tell him when his ideas are shit.
- I feel like Tony already lets someone else run ROH, I wasn't able to watch it since February but in 2023 it was more fun than the other shows.
