Tony said look Ziggless, if you have a real problem with CM Punk why don't you go out for two minutes and try turning it into heat and maybe that'll give you something to do on tv besides just get squashed occasionally which has always been your job. I'm trying to run a wrestling show over here and I have signed 250 wrestlers and don't know how to get any of them enough tv time or things to do to get a single one of them over enough to draw, so no I haven't thought about putting Who Nemeth on any of my shows in several weeks.

Tony offered to pay him to go away and of course sign his creepy little NDA, Nemeth balked, Tony said fine fuck it I'm still not booking you. This embarrassing clown is crying to the media over a year later saying actually he does want that NDA money because it was a really hard for him as a wrestler to share a locker room with a mean bully like Phil.
