Fifteen minute cooldown sucks. My first post since that stupidity. This board is DEAD it's all "trevor" "hogwheels" "bitchtits"... IT was always that shit, but at least you had interesting discussion too, about the business, TV rights, streaming, some indies, Occasionally. A few posters on here had insights and posed good questions worthy of kicking around... now I don't post here anymore, but I lurk for a few minutes daily out of habit. Habits go away after time... Nothing is worth waiting 15 minutes to reply to. This post probably isn't either, but I'm drunk and high and had fun at the show tonight so here goes my contribution to /aspw/, straight to page 10 no doubt...

I went to my 3rd MLW show at Melrose Ballroom in Queens NY tonight. You can look up the card online. Me, my gf, and my two buddies (one casual, one guy who knew almost everyone on the card) paid $20 standing room each and hung out by the backstage access door near the EMTs and security / ring crew guys.

This was the best-attended one yet - perhaps because of Bischoff, but the last two shows had solid crowds, too. Riddle vs Dijak, and a tag team title match with some famous Japanese guys headlined, but there were plenty of notable names alongside unknowns or little-known guys.

If you live in NYC, it's worth the $20 for standing room and taking the N/W to 36th ave. to check it out. They said their next one will be in March. The show was about 4 hours (7p-11p) with an intermission at 8:30 pm.
