They already know that Raw just by being on Netflix will get higher ratings. So it makes sense to have the most "sports entertainment" style wrestlers on that show, and the workrate guys on the cable show that won't have as many people watching. But I do expect your roster to be basically accurate and I think the fans will benefit from the shows having a different feel to each of them.

They won't do that because work rate gets shitty ratings and USA Network most likely made damn fucking sure they get SOME of the big names.

Most likely Punk, Cena, McIntyre, Gunther, and Randy Orton will be SD exclusive. Punk being on Raw alone was a SOP to USA after they got fucked over with Roman refusing to work Mondays and Bianca/womens wrestling flopping and being ratings poison when WWE forced USA to have womens wrestling as the headliner for Raw in lieu of not having a world championship title.
