I don't even watch and I know that AEW is still pushing the homegrown twinks because no one ever shuts up about them. Hell, their most pushed ex-WWE guy is some 30 year old black guy that was only in NXT for 2 years and never made it onto the main roster

Pretty sure the last place both of them were before going back to WWE was AEW. If we're calling Cardona and Jericho WWE guys which is an even bigger stretch. Cardona's been an indie guy for close to five years now. Jericho has spent more time outside of WWE in his career than he did in it

Like ROH isn't just AEW's roster with a different graphics package. ROH belts are routinely defended on AEW shows, and vice versa. It's all the same promotion.

He put over MJF and Ricky Starks and was going to put over Jay White (not homegrown, but needed the rub) before he got fired. Starks and White got punished by Tony for being CM Punk guys and were buried by MJF, not Punk. Punk also did the job clean to Jon Moxley in 3 minutes even though he didn't want to, which put over Mox's interim run as a legitimate world title run before.
