I've met very few of them but the majority of them that I have met were very lazy although they did work the quality of their work was sub-par and they would often only take work from agency work where they can cite racial allegations to evade holding down any one job with consistency. I don't think you are some sort of superhero for giving your boss 100% of your energy anyway though so this doesn't bother me.
