The problem in AEW is that there is no proper management in place so if you have a question you don't get an answer. If you can go get a simple procedure that's fine, if you're trying to get approval for something serious (especially as a Mexican who isn't fluent in English) then you're left high and dry. Tony has appointed random wrestlers to take charge of things but they don't have the authority to approve shit on Tony's behalf and he's too busy playing boss to actually set up a proper workplace to deal with actual problems. He even made up a disciplinary committee to deal with problems backstage so he can ignore any actual work.
