Smackdown vs Raw can be emulated on phones these days.
A native Android game would easily work on midrange phones as well.
You can have movement on the left like in CoD Mobile, and a pure strike button, a grapple button and a guard/reversal button on the right. The finisher button only shows up when it's available, and the grapples are done from a grappling position by combining strike and grapple with up down left or right with the analogue stick / swipe control on the left.
It can be that simple and still get you 16 moves per wrestler + finisher.
Using a touchscreen won't hinder most people's fun, and enthusiasts can map it to a gamepad.
This is just using SvR as a template. The WWE could develop this, AEW could develop this, either way someone's gotta do it.
Imagine how much money the WWE can make with a mobile wrestling game where the story gets episodic content every couple of months, and you can buy new wrestlers and legends as they're added to the roster over time.
