It's terrible at promos and keeps getting sucked into dumb drama around his dad. At least the FTW championship is over with, but him losing those vignettes with Shibby and Smoa Joe really hurt him. All they needed to do was have him come back from the Samoa Joe challenge where he was extremely outmatched, say "yeah, I got my ass kicked because I bit off more than I could chew, but I'm going to get better, and I'm going to take your shit when you least expect it."

Perfect time to show some humility from the guy, perfect time to put him in a learning excursion somewhere without huge pressure, have him come back with more matches under his belt and not just wrestling the same style every time.
