In reality, the altercation was mostly a few shoves. I've seen worse fights outside of bars in college.
The only thing that footage accomplished was showing Tony's "I was afraid for my life" bullshit was a complete exaggeration (or if he truly was afraid for his life, it just shows how sheltered and weird he is).
